How a pilot works
- We agree on a cohort — for example 10 to 30 participants and their mentors.
- We onboard participants and mentors and set the programme goals together.
- The cohort runs for an agreed period while we support mentors and participants.
- You receive a summary of activity and verified outcomes at the end.
Participants always use Ascendly free of charge. Pilot terms for partners are agreed with each organisation.
Privacy and safeguarding
Ascendly is built around consent: Portfolios are visible only to signed-in members, and recruiters can contact a participant only after the participant agrees and an administrator reviews the request. Read our Privacy Notice.
